| | So me .. I'm a flat flyer in general .. I can back fly .. I can knee fly .. but so far ... I've gotten most enjoyment from flat flying, 2, 3 and 4 way stuff. I have tried getting in to sit fly before but you know .. a combination of me being unfit and the tunnel not being able to go fast enough prevented me from doing so. I've spent hours trying to get in to sit .. When I'm a few KG lighter I'll try in Airkix or Bodyflight Bedford .. coz both those babies can create fast air. So .. who else is in to flat flying around here? Anyone wanna come and turn some points with me? |

Ok ok. I'm just making excuses. I'm a pathetic excuse of a man. I should be able to do it. Seriously though.. last time I was out at orlando .. I must have spent 5 hours trying to get in to sit. I'll get there. 2006 is the year I'll do it.
I'm a great believer that being skilled in one discipline can really help the other. My main interest happens to be flat flying but freeflying looks fun and I'm pretty sure that getting there with the freeflying will help the flat flying. I don't know why I think that, I have no hard and fast scientific evidence .. but there we go.
Anyway .. forget all that. Paige, I'm looking at your photo ..and you appear to be biting the head off very small woman. Either that, or you've become a giant since I last saw you and that women is normal size. In any case, do you think it's right bullying her like that .. she must be pretty scared! ;-)

| Oh my goodness! I adore flat flying, 4-way in particular, so if you ever come down to Southern California, please let me know. Perhaps we can do some 4-way together at the Skyventure Perris tunnel.

| I belly fly, but am looking forward to learning how to freefly once the tunnel in Colorado is open. That is if I'm allowed to get out of the office enough Head on out to Colorado and I'll put my weight belt on and we can do some flying. |

I just read this after changing my avitar You've never eaten a Barbie head? Delicious.
You'll be freeflying in no time. It can be very frustrating but you're such a rat that you'll pick up on it soon. You're an awesome belly flyer, I remember your sessions going REALLY well. Sorry I haven't sent you a PM back but work is right crazy for me now, I've hardly had time. Glad to hear things are going well for you, your wife, and your new business ventures.
I gotta get over there to see you. Ugh, I'll try and schedule a business trip sooner than later but its looking like it won't be till after May when we hit up Eloy. I NEED to fly at least 3 tunnels when I make the trip out. I also NEED to hit up Amsterdam

| | I used to flat fly exclusively until this past year... and now that I've gone onto the other side, the only time I flat fly is with my 11 year old daughter cuz I need all the lift I can possibly get! and when I have a new student who is just starting out.. since the do the 'monkey see monkey do' thing so well, I feel it's best to set a good example. Once you take a walk on the other side, you'll not want to go back
