I'm always sore 2 days later. From tunnel flying or not, I think that second day always kicks my ***. Glad I'm not the only one!
Get on your back for some time and that will alleviate the constant strain on your back from belly flying. I found freeflying to be far more relaxing on my body than belly flying.

| Hiya all new to the tunnel thing but 10 min at SVCOLO took care of that!!!!!! Cant wait to get back in!!!!!!
I had a AFF lvl 3 that was no good. 6 min in and EPIFANY!!!!!!!
