I'm always sore 2 days later. From tunnel flying or not, I think that second day always kicks my ***. Glad I'm not the only one!

Get on your back for some time and that will alleviate the constant strain on your back from belly flying. I found freeflying to be far more relaxing on my body than belly flying.

Honestly it's not my back that hurts, its my pectorals, dunno if that's due to not using my legs enough to turn, suppose it could be.

Hiya all new to the tunnel thing but 10 min at SVCOLO took care of that!!!!!! Cant wait to get back in!!!!!!
I had a AFF lvl 3 that was no good. 6 min in and EPIFANY!!!!!!!
