| | Just to get the ball rolling here are some of the dates Alison and I will be at Bedford. We fly on Bulk time off peak rates which means that the cost is kept to a minimum. At less than £2:00 per minute each when flying 4 way we love it! Alison and I always enjoy encouraging new flyers, so if you are just starting out in the sport or would like someone to fly with then either contact us here or ask the staff at Bedford to rotate you with us when booking your time. We don't care what your skill levels are since we treat everyone as we find them. If we can be of any help please do not hesitate to contact us or just tip up at Bedford on any of the dates listed and introduce yourself. If you are a skydiver or experienced bodyflyer who would like to do some formation stuff in the tunnel but are short on numbers---again no problem we can fly with you if it helps. The main point of this message is so that keen bodyflyers get together at the tunnels. We hope that these dates will help. If you fancy coming down then ask the Bedford Staff to rotate with Nigel & Alison when booking your time. Nov 16th 12:00hrs Nov 30th 12:00hrs Dec 14th 12:00hrs Dec 28th 12:00hrs Jan 4th 12:00hrs Jan 18th 12:00hrs Feb 8th 12:00hrs Feb 15th 12:00hrs March 8th 12:00hrs March 22nd 12:00hrs etc,etc We also have regular visits planned each month to Aerokart so anyone wishing to join us in Paris is also very welcome. We are also very interested in forming a dedicated bodyflying 4way team. The aim of which is to fly formation competition in the wind tunnels. We will not be taking the team into the sky for at least two years so anyone interested in joining "Team FUBAR UK" must be addicted to bodyflying. Oh and remember that in bodyflying it is the cost of tunnel time divided by four. Not the cost per jump times five.--Boy oh boy its good value! |

| | Hi Fubar, Am new at this game, not tunnel flying but responding to these messages so apologies if I mess things up. I would be intereseted in tunnel time sharing but notice that the dates you mention are all in the past. Do you intend to go to Bedford in April or May? Secondly am very interested in your idea of a 4way tunnel team. Have you formed a team?

| Hi there Targa, welcome to the forums - it is good to see some new faces. 
It looks like this is an older post, as these dates have indeed passed. Keep an eye on these forums to see new postings about other times when Fubar and others might be flying. Take a look around the rest of the forum too, join in the discussion and share some tips!

| | Sorry for the delay in my response but i have been unable to log on for a while. Alison and myself are not flying at the moment but hope to return to the tunnel early Oct 06. "Fubar" will continue to train at Aerokart this winter while at the same time we will try to get "FUAR UK" up and running so we train at Bedford. ( we currently have three out of the four required team members) The date listed are now well out of date but as soon as i have sorted our new schedule for this winter i will post them here. |
