I don't think it's a question of Male or Female but of body type.

I think that just like gymnastics, once the Chinese, Koreans, Japanese take body flying seriously then the Europeans and American body types will struggle.  It's a simple question of physics, mass and momentum carried in turns.  The smaller the body and smaller the mass the more efficiently it will spin.  Like a  ballerina pulling her arms in as apposed to the turning circle of a super tanker.
