Pretty new to Bodyflying, first got the "Bug" in Orlando in 2003 when the missus had a go during our Summer holiday. I couldn't fly at that time as they had no room. We were lucky enough to go back to Orlando in October where we both had a session in the tunnel. Wasn't much good I'll tell ya - doesn't help being *HEAVY!*

After getting "The bug" I got in contact with Simon Ward @ then Skyventure UK about becoming a share holder but as soon afterwards I bought a house and all the spare cash got tied up in that.

I bought 4 mins of tunnel time for us both at Bodyflight Bedford and had good fun and I hope to get to Airkix some time soon (Hopefully Sunday!!!!).

You can view some vids of us "flying" (Loose term) on our website www.steveandtina.co.uk the SVO vid includes some amazing FF by the instructor.

Welcome. It is so hard not to get bit by the tunnel bug. It is so much fun isn't it?

Thanks all!

Has anyone viewed the videos yet?

Does the aching the day after reduce the more you fly?

I've had a look - Tina needs to bend her legs more I'm told that comes with practice, the body has to adjust to a new sensation which body flight most certainly is!

The aching does get better, although I don't mind it too much it's just a reminder that you've had a good work-out!!

If you get five minutes, why not write a little review about your time at the wind tunnels you've visited, and dig around in some of the older posts there is some interesting stuff - feel free to add to anything as it keeps the discussion alive!
