Airport Pickups @  Boston's Logan Airport
Friday 10am - Paige & OGB

Friday August 4th
Reserved Hotel:  Best Western Roundhouse Suites
I will keep looking for a better deal and location, but this one is pretty good
(1 jr. suite (2 dbls & a dbl sofabed) reserved for Paige, Shaner, Rox & Myself)
Rox and I are flying into Boston at 12:10am where we will get a cab & check into the hotel. We can be available to meet Airport pickups on Friday via Subway or hotel Shuttle Service and then we'll all party in Boston for the night.
Partying this evening will be taking place at Faneuil Hall Marketplace (www.faneuilhallmarketplace.com) a collection of shops/carts & outdoor performers.  Boston is easily traveled by foot & the "T" a rail/bus/subway system that covers the entire city.  We can all feel safe about getting a little silly since no one will be driving.

Saturday August 5th
Potential Hotel: Red Roof Inn (with SVNH corporate rate)  No Rooms Reserved Yet
We can all get up, pick up a car from Enterprise and head over to Nashua (1 hour away) and arrange for tunnel time Saturday Afternoon & Evening..
We'll stay in Nashua or nearby on Saturday Night and arrange for flight time on Sunday morning again too before heading back to Boston.

Afternoon/Evening Tunnel Times:
I've already contacted Laurie to discuss flight times.  As soon as I have an update on tunnel time, I'll post it here.

Saturday Night TPM Post Party!!!!  For SVNH Staff, TPM, Friends & Family!!  Details TBA
Contact Paige or Dawn (above email addresses) to RSVP!

Sunday August 6th
Potential Hotel:  No Idea Yet... perhaps BW Roundhouse again

We'll leave for Boston on Sunday Afternoon by 2pm with plenty of time to get Paige back to the airport.   Rox and I (and possibly Shane) will get a room for the evening & remain until our flights the next day.  Hitting the Faneuil Hall Marketplace again probably in the evening.

Morning Tunnel Times:
TBA

Monday August 7th
Rox and I will return our car & head down to Chinatown for a great lunch via subway.  We don't leave Boston until 5:30pm on Monday.

***********************************

Additonal Information:
TPM Inductees:
Please contact Dawn or Paige (at emails above) to arrange for your tunnel time with Paige & OGB or myself & MJ.  We will want to make sure we have enough welcome packets and allow enough time for Barbie flying!

Airport:  Logan Airport in Boston is the place to fly into if your doing the Boston part of our trip too!  It's 47 miles from Nashua and about 1 hour.   Also.. check www.kayak.com for the best airline fare search engine I've ever found!
ALSO check airfare to Manchester (MHT) a Municipal Airport about 20 minutes from the tunnel.  My fares were much more expensive but if your skipping the Boston part of our trip.. you can get in more directly here.

Video Services: Shane Tully aka WindWorX Productions, INC. http://www.windworxproductions.com will be with us on this trip creating a commemorative DVD of our TPM time in NH.  Some footage could potentially be used in his upcoming VWT Documentary too so.. let's support Shane.  Because he has volunteered for this, is excited about doing it and will be paying his own way to get there.. I feel that we should budget $10 each to give to Shane to help with the costs of his trip and for the materials needed to create and mail a DVD to each of us.

*Edited 3-12-06 by Paige to change email addresses.  Sorry for the email addresses looking funny, they are not updating correctly.  I've tried all I can think of to get them normal but will keep working.

I'm game for whatever.  I do need the trip to be at the beginning of the month so it does not interfear w. TFTC planning and gathering sponsors.

I'll keep checking the post so I know when to book my tickets.  Thanks for the search engine site Dawn, I'll have to check it out for sure.

I can't wait!!!!!

We should all def. budget at least $10 for Shane as he does a kick *** job and will be using his supplies & time to send us happy videos.

Edited to add:  JetBlue tickets from Orlando, non stop to Logan in Boston are $242 as of today.  I'm all about it!  There were some cheaper but not non-stop or on JetBlue.  I love JetBlue so I'll shell out the extra $20 or so, for satellite TV on the flight & leather seats.

Ok Girls (and guys)... the first weekend is gonna be my best chance to go.. Rox's too I think.. and Paige if you need early too let's just throw that out there now and see.. can you girls do the first weekend of August??

August 5 & 6th ?????

I've got a good price for Rox and I from here, flying into Boston on the 4th and out on the 7th...

Perhaps we can all coordinate hotels and stuff too, those of us who'll be staying in one anyway!  I think August is probably a great time to camp too if the dz allows for that.
