| Have you been flying in VWT's and when did you start counting the # of years you have been in the sport?
I flew Las Vegas back in April of 2003 when I first started skydiving (10 minutes). However, I didn't accumulate time or fly consistantly untill October 2004 so I count my years of tunnel flying since then. Should I really start from my first flight even though there was a huge lag? I know it's not really important but I'm just bored and we needed a new post in here anyway

| Damnit girl, yes we did need a new post. Tricky question actually. I think go with the latter date.
I have a skydiving parallel in that I learned at 18 years old (did AFF) then didn't jump again for 9 years! I certainly wasn't a skydiver all that time. Hmmm, actually I might have been in my heart.
Actually maybe it's nothing to do with time and to do with how you feel. Irrespective of whether there was a gap, if on your very first flight in a tunnel you knew were an addict .. then you were definately in the sport. |
